Fried Mushroom RecipeIngredients :
- 10 pieces of fresh shitake mushrooms
 - ½ tsp pepper powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - Cooking oil
 
- 150 g wheat flour
 - 1 clove garlic, grated
 - ½ tsp pepper powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 150 ml soda water
 - A chicken egg white, beat until stiff
 
- Chili Sauce
 
- Wipe the mushrooms clean.
 - Sprinkle mushrooms with salt and pepper until blended.
 - Flour Dough: Mix flour garlic, pepper and salt until blended.
 - Pour the soda water and stir well.
 - Add beaten egg whites, mix well.
 - Dip each mushroom in flour batter.
 - Fry until golden and dry.
 - Remove and drain.
 - Serve with Hot Pepper Sauce.
